Terms of Service – Color Hex Blast

These terms apply to the mobile game Color Hex Blast made by Hostaile Games ("we", "us"). By downloading or playing the game you agree to them.
Using the game
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the game for your own entertainment. Don't copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or misuse the game, its content or its services, and don't use cheats or tools that interfere with it.
Purchases
The game is free to play. Optional items such as No Ads and skip tickets are sold through Google Play, and Google Play's terms and refund policy apply to payments. Items have no cash value and can't be exchanged or transferred. Skip tickets and other consumable items are stored with your game progress; they may be lost if you delete the game's data without cloud save. No Ads removes banner and between-game ads; rewarded videos that you choose to watch remain available.
Ads
The game shows ads from third parties. We're not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the websites they link to.
Your progress and accounts
Progress is stored on your device and, if you sign in to Google Play Games, in your Google account. Google's terms apply to Google Play Games. We may change, balance or discontinue game features, levels or items.
Privacy
How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.
No warranty and liability
The game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to play means you accept the update.
